INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

We only collect information as stated below. This information is being used for analytical purposes. To the extent information covered by this Privacy Policy is associated with an identified or identifiable natural person and is protected as personal data under applicable data protection laws, it is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Data”. We do not collect or store any other data (including Personal Data) unless you provide it voluntarily. When provided voluntarily, we will not distribute or share your information with any third party without your consent. We collect the following types of information (hereinafter – “Collected Information”): Analytics information. We use analytical tools of our third party providers (hereinafter – “Third Party Providers”) such as Facebook Analytics, Crashlytics, Firebase and AppsFlyer to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our apps. These tools collect information sent by your device including log file information, cookies, device identifiers and the web pages you visit when following the links available to you on our apps. Third Party Providers aggregate the collected data so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User. This collected data provides us with analytics and measurement reports so that we can improve user experience. Cookies and similar technologies.We may ask our partners to serve the services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party. Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported by our apps each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) it. When you use our apps, our Third Party Providers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on our apps, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of our apps. Device identifiers. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our apps, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by our apps. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to Third Party Providers about how you browse and use our apps and may help us or others provide reports. Some features of our apps may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

INFORMATION WE USE BUT NOT COLLECT:

For use of our apps you may provide us and upload to our apps your face images (photo or video). In order to make it possible for you to use certain functions of our apps, we will process (provided by you) human face images (photo or video) through Apple Vision API technologies that will provide us information about such human faces’ position, orientation and their topology on your image and/or video frame. Images (photo or video), that you provide us in or through our apps, and/or other information related to human faces obtained from your images (photo or video) and/or through the use of Apple Vision API technologies, are the “Face Data”. The Face Data shall be considered the Personal Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in other Sections of this Privacy Policy in relation to the Personal Data, we do not: • collect, store, share or transfer the Face Data off the User devices; • use the Face Data to identify any particular individual User; • use the Face Data for authentication, advertising, or marketing purposes, or to otherwise target a User in a similar manner; • use the Face Data to build a User profile, or otherwise attempt, facilitate, or encourage third parties to identify anonymous Users or reconstruct User profiles based on the Face Data; • transfer, share, sell, or otherwise provide the Face Data to advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, information resellers or other such parties.

HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA:

Collected Information is used mainly for analytical purposes in order to constantly improve and maintain our services, including among others, for ensuring the technical functioning of our network, to help and prevent fraudulent use of our apps and for developing new services. In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive (including Personal Data) for the following purposes: • to provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our apps; • to develop and test new products and features; • to monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns (including via third party services); • to diagnose or fix technology problems; • to automatically update our apps application on your device; • to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages; • to link or combine with information we get from others or (and) from you to help understand your needs and provide you with better service (to use in training of neural networks, artificial intelligence, as well as for any other automated decision-making processing); • for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect Personal Data or indicated in this Privacy Policy. We will not process your Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy or collect any Personal Data that is not required for the mentioned purposes (“purpose limitation principle”). For any new purpose of processing, we will ask your separate consent. To the extent necessary for those purposes, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. We also undertake to collect only such amounts and types of Persona Data that are strictly required for the minimal access purposes.

HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA:

We cooperate only with those hosting organizations that have passed our security and reliability check.

In particular, we recourse to the services of the Advanced Hosting that has adopted technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized/ unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or other damage.

HOW LONG WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

We will generally keep your personal information for as long as we need it for a lawful purpose: to perform the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase it.

However, some data may still be stored for a certain time period with a purpose of compliance with certain legal obligations (such as taxation, accounting, audit), maintenance of safety and data backup settings or prevention of fraud or other malicious acts.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION:

We will not rent or sell your personal data to third parties, but we may share your information obtained via tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Website. We do not control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

Please note that we use Google Analytics to analyze certain information about your device and your user activity. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of being tracked by Google Analytics via installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites/ services. You may visit the Website following the link from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our Website, including the information or content contained within them.

We may disclose your personal information if it is needed, for example:

Your data:

As a company, we do not collect any Personal Information like email address, birth date or time, age, name, phone number, address, etc., from the users. If we do happen to obtain any personal information, including emails or phone numbers obtained through support requests or other correspondence, it will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. Any such personal information will never be shared with any other entities. Any such personal information will be retained towards resolution of the support requests and for future reference if you need support again. We can delete the emails anytime on your request. We use Google Workspace for Business for our emails.

The data collected is used to show personalized advertisements depending on your location and jurisdiction. In the European union, the apps are showing non-targeted/non-personalized ads to users after taking their consent. For the rest of the world, the data is used to track the content you access in connection with the apps and to deliver, target and improve the advertising.

On most devices you can limit ad targeting from your device’s settings. Please review your device’s user manual on how to disable ad tracking. In any case, you can contact the advertising providers below and also ask them to delete your data if they have any by opting out.

We use the following ad providers in our apps. All of them are not used on all apps.

Push Notification:

We may send you push notifications via Google Firebase service. No personal information is passed on to them at any point of time. 

Google Firebase

We use the tool Firebase in some of our apps. This is a real-time database that we use for real-time data exchange and storage in our app to improve and develop our app. The user data is transmitted to Firebase anonymously. Firebase is a Google subsidiary and is based in San Francisco (CA), USA.

In all of the above cases and purposes, we may analyze, profile and segment all collected data in anonymized form.

Cookies:

We do not set any cookies on your device. Third party advertising or analytics providers mentioned above may set cookies. You may get your data deleted from them via the opt out links provided.

Internet permissions:

Our apps do typically require internet permissions, for the purpose of downloading additional content for the app, providing links to the app store entry of our other apps, display advertising wherever applicable and to collect anonymous usage information for analytics as mentioned above.

In-app purchases:

Our apps may contain in-app purchases.

Social media:

Our apps interact with social sites like Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc to share content from our apps/websites. At no point of time do we collect any information from your social media accounts in any way.

Non-Advertising based apps:

In case of apps in which no third party ads are there, then the above points related to advertising and ad providers do not apply.

Other companies and public authorities:

In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.

OPTING OUT

If you no longer want us to use your IP address and mobile advertising ID then you need to either pay for the in-app purchases to remove advertisements or stop using the apps. As mentioned before, for EU users we are not showing targeted/personalized ads.

Age limitations:

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

We do not knowingly contact or do business with children under 13 years of age. If a parent/guardian becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has attempted to contact and/or do business with us, please advise us by email at support@fairymountaingames.com so that we may rectify the situation.

Changes to Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time simply by posting such modification on this site and without any other notification. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting on this site. 

The use of the information we collect is always subject to the Privacy Policy that is in effect at the time when this information is collected. You are advised to refer to the Privacy Policy from time to time so that you are always in sync with our current privacy practices.
